In yoga, and in creative work or problem-solving, it helps to approach with openness, and with non-striving. Many suggest recovering a sense of child-like possibility, but we can also try to remember our first times on a yoga mat. If it IS your first time in a class or doing yoga altogether, it’s a wonderful opportunity to release all expectations and be present for whatever occurs.
