This niyama is about facing our limitations, and accepting the role of others in our lives. In this niyama, we are invited to examine our beliefs about and relationship with a higher power. We may also need to examine our relationship with the planet or with our family or community. Through this, we can think about prayer, receptive meditation, or any NON-doing!
