Making Space: Breathe Out What You Don’t Need

This can be a powerful practice on and off the mat.  It can become a great mantra as you hold one pose through many breaths, or as you yolk one breath to one movement.  When negative thoughts surface, or you catch your mind immersed in a negative story (yet again!), take a deep breath in as you acknowledge it, and let it all out as you breathe out completely.
