Whether a problem is interpersonal or internal, we can alter our thoughts to feel better about ourselves, which will encourage us to take the actions needed.  We can decide upon a way to reframe at the beginning of a yoga class and practice it during class… and shavasana can help us soak it up for more practice off the mat.
