Here’s a take on cognitive errors mixed with some of the mental habits we try to cultivate through yoga– and mindfulness in general.

thoughtsandfeelingsFeeling GoodjkzIf you’re interested in the cognitive-behavioral approach, the best source is Feeling Good by David Burns.  I’ve had for awhile a photocopy from a  book by Matthew McKay called Thoughts and Feelings: The Art of Cognitive Stress Intervention.  And of course these approaches to mindfulness are well-expressed in Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Full Catastrophe Living.
